Job Description:
Oversees all manufacturing processes (production, planning & control, inventory, QA, engineering, maintenance and workshops);
Ensures readiness of production resources using the 4M1E approach;
Conducts regular management reviews and coordinates budgets, schedules, quality and safety;
Liaises with supply‑chain, finance and HR to optimise plant performance.
Requirement:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field;
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and Six Sigma certification;
At least 5 years of plant‑management experience;
Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
