PT LAUTAN MITRA KREASI, a subsidiary of PT LAUTAN NATURAL KRIMERINDO, is looking for a Sales Representative (B2B Horeca) to join our team in Mojosari, Mojokerto.
Key responsibilities
Analyze customer technical requirements based on information obtained from the Sales Team, customers, and field observations to ensure that the proposed product solutions accurately address customer application needs.
Recommend product solutions, product applications, and project concepts that align with identified customer business and technical requirements to increase sales success opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Evaluate product specifications in collaboration with the Product Development Team to ensure product characteristics are aligned with customer application requirements and project objectives.
Develop product knowledge materials and technical educational resources to improve customer understanding of the company's products, applications, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Assess customer product application requirements and recommend appropriate product formulations, application methods, and technical solutions to achieve optimal product performance.
Plan and conduct product application trials with customers, the Chef Team, and other relevant departments to validate product performance and ensure compliance with customer expectations.
Prepare and execute product sampling programs for prospective customers to introduce company products, demonstrate product value, and generate new business opportunities.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, application specialist, or Technical Service within the Food Ingredients, Food Manufacturing, or Food Service industry.
Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience in conducting product demonstrations, application trials, and customer presentations.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
