About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Marketing & Student Recruitment Officer with demonstrated success in international education marketing, student recruitment, and agent relationship management, particularly within the Australian education sector.

As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in expanding Astra Institute's presence in Indonesia by developing partnerships, supporting recruitment initiatives, and guiding prospective students toward quality educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with education agents and agency partners throughout Indonesia.

• Promote Astra Institute programs and services to prospective students, parents, schools, and education consultants.

• Identify, recruit, and enrol qualified students into Astra Institute programs.

• Conduct presentations, seminars, school visits, education fairs, and recruitment events.

• Provide accurate information regarding study pathways, admissions requirements, and student support services.

• Work closely with agency partners to achieve recruitment targets.

• Appoint agency partners and grow the portfolio

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the international education sector.

• Prepare regular recruitment and marketing reports.

• Support digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities as required.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in student recruitment, international education, or education marketing.

• Demonstrated experience recruiting students for Australian education institutions.

• Existing network of education agents and recruitment partners across Indonesia.

• Strong understanding of the Australian education system and student visa pathways.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).

• Ability to travel within Indonesia as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Australian colleges, universities, vocational education providers, or education agencies.

• Proven track record of achieving student recruitment targets.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
