Jr. Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly fnancial and management reports.
• Perform variance analysis between Actual, Budget, and Forecast fgures.
• Monitor and analyze key fnancial KPIs, Gross Margin, Balance sheet, OPEX, EBITDA, and Working Capital.
• Support proftability analysis by Factory, species, business unit, or location.
• Assist in preparing management presentations and performance reviews.
• Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Consolidate and validate fnancial data from various departments.
• Monitor budget utilization and identify signifcant variances.
• Assist in developing fnancial projections and scenario analyses.
• Monitor operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze cost structures and support cost allocation reviews.
• Ensure accurate cost reporting and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Operations, Sales, purchasing, and Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
• Provide fnancial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related feld.
• 1–3 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Finance Analyst, Audit, Accounting or related functions.
• Strong understanding of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced profciency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, D365, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
