You don't need an insurance background — but you DO need:
? A proven commission sales track record (real estate, solar, mortgages, auto, financial services, etc.)
? The hunger to control your own income

? Strong communication skills and zero fear of a conversation
? Current U.S. residency and work authorization (this role is open to U.S. residents only)
? A life insurance license OR the willingness to obtain one (we'll help cover the cost)

• Grow into a leadership role and earn overrides as you build your own team
