Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry is a must.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards/IATF 16949.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with audit practices and documentation management.
Job Description :
Assist in the development and maintenance of quality management systems and procedures.
Conducting internal audits and inspections.
Coordinate training programs for employees on quality standards and best practices.
Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to quality management.
Manage and track corrective and preventive actions in response to quality issues.
Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Analyze quality performance data and prepare reports for management review.
