Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Science, Engineering Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a geotechnical laboratory, material testing laboratory, or engineering quality control role.
Proficient in conducting geotechnical laboratory tests, including Moisture Content Test, Density Test, and California Bearing Ratio (CBR) Test.
Familiar with laboratory procedures, testing documentation, quality control standards, and report preparation.
Proficient in AutoCAD and able to independently prepare and revise basic engineering drawings.
Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and familiarity with Indonesian SNI standards or Chinese industry standards.
Intermediate Mandarin proficiency (HSK 4–5) or above, with the ability to understand technical specifications and communicate with Chinese management.
Holders of geotechnical testing certificates, SKK certification, or other relevant civil engineering certifications will be preferred.
任职要求 (中文):
土木工程、岩土工程、材料科学、工程管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
具有2年以上岩土实验室、材料检测实验室或工程质量控制相关工作经验。
熟练开展岩土检测工作，包括含水率试验、密度试验及CBR（加州承载比）试验等。
熟悉实验室操作流程、检测记录管理、质量控制标准及检测报告编制。
熟练使用AutoCAD，能够独立完成基础工程图纸绘制及修改工作。
具备扎实的岩土工程基础知识，熟悉印尼SNI标准或中国行业标准。
中文水平达到HSK4-5及以上，能够阅读技术规范并与中方管理人员进行有效沟通。
持有岩土检测培训证书、SKK证书或其他相关土木工程专业证书者优先。
