About the Division

This role sits inside the AI Transformation division, supporting the Nicole and Sasha function. The division owns two things: managing enterprise client accounts through IFA (Information Flow Analysis) and beyond, and ensuring every Nicole and Sasha output meets the quality standard before it reaches the client.


Role Overview

Your primary job is the client relationship. You will sit in client meetings, understand the commercial strategy behind each deployment, own the account health, and be the person clients trust to represent AISensum. QC is your heaviest daily responsibility. Every Nicole and Sasha output goes through you before it reaches a client — no exceptions. You will travel to client venues within Indonesia and internationally to observe deployments in the field and validate outputs against real operating conditions.


There is no content or social media function in this role. If you are looking for a role with a content calendar or creative output, this is not it. If you want to own client relationships, protect quality, and be in the room where commercial decisions get made, it is. You will report to the Division Head and work closely with the Engineering and Delivery teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Account & Client Management

  • Own the health of assigned client accounts — regular check-ins, delivery status tracking, and escalation handling.
  • Sit in client meetings; understand the commercial strategy and operational context behind each Nicole and Sasha deployment.
  • Translate client feedback into clear, actionable briefs for the engineering and delivery team.
  • Identify risks to account health early and bring them to the Division Head before they become client issues.
  • Maintain account documentation, status trackers, and delivery records across active projects.
  • Travel to client sites within Indonesia and internationally for delivery reviews and strategic engagements.


2. Quality Control

  • Review all Nicole and Sasha outputs before every client delivery — no exceptions.
  • Check for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and alignment with each client’s SOP and commercial expectations.
  • Document QC findings with specific, actionable detail — not just flags, but the business reason each issue matters.
  • Contribute to optimizing QC frameworks and SOPs. Bring inputs based on patterns you observe, not just individual cases.
  • Conduct on-site QC visits to client venues (stores, branches, outlets) within Indonesia and internationally to validate outputs against real operating conditions.


What We’re Looking For


We are open to two backgrounds. What matters is not the label on your degree — it is the instincts you bring to the work.


Industrial Engineering (Teknik Industri) or Information Systems (Sistem Informasi)

Trained in process mapping, quality systems, and SOP documentation. The QC work is native to how you think. Client management is the growth edge.


Agency Account Management (Communications or Marketing background)

If you have spent 1–2 years managing client relationships at a PR, digital, or advertising agency — not producing content, but owning the client side — you fit. The QC instinct will need to be built, but the client ownership is already there.


🚫 Not the right background for this role: content creators, social media managers, and copywriters. Without a content function in this role, that skill set has no home here.


In all cases, we are looking for:

  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Commercial acumen — you understand how businesses make money and why client outcomes matter to their leadership.
  • Precise, detail-oriented QC mindset — you notice what’s wrong before the client does.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Comfortable with prompting AI tools, especially Claude. AI fluency is non-negotiable.
  • Willing to travel within Indonesia and internationally. Passport required.
  • Self-directed, organized, and low-drama.
