Business Development (BD) Manager – YOGYAKARTA BASED
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new hotel management/property/leasing/consultancy opportunities in YOGYAKARTA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, property owners, developers, investors, and strategic partners.
- Prepare commercial proposals, feasibility summaries, and management contract presentations.
- Support negotiation of hotel management agreements and commercial terms.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Coordinate with operations, technical services, and finance teams during project onboarding.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of BD/Account Manager experience in hotel/asset management/property/real estate/OTA management/hospitality consulting.
- Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of property/hotel trends
- Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
- Willing to travel within Indonesia.
