Currently, we are looking for a Middle Graphic Designer to make the team even stronger.

Location: Poland, Spain, Ukraine, Belarus (remote)

About you:

• You have an amazing eye for design and an ability to utilize all existing assets to their full potential to build a brand
• You can work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality while adhering to our brand guidelines
• You have 2-3 years of experience working in an ad agency or creative firm on the creation of digital assets and campaigns
• You have an intuitive understanding of the social media channels of today; you know the differences between tone and style for each channel and can easily switch between them
• You have an extremely proactive attitude; you’ll promptly voice any areas of opportunities that you see with a suggested solution for solving them
• You are highly organized and ability to balance multiple workflows
• You are a strong communicator; you ask for help when you need it, understand that overcommunication is better than under communication, and have a love of written documentation

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements of the other teams.
• Create designs using illustration, photo editing and layout software.
• Working together with UI/UX Designer on in-app graphics and marketing department for promotional designs.
• Request feedback about the top performing designs to the media agency and social media team.
• Creation of visual content for advertising campaigns, social media, newsletters, mails, in-app coms, and presentations.
• Maintain the brand fresh and updated to keep it attractive.

Requirements:

• Graphic designing experience
• Portfolio showing illustrations, collages, or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies
• Knowledge of print-ready materials
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• English level: B1-B2+
• Adobe Package
• Basic motion design skills (good to have)
