We are welcoming high caliber professionals to join our team as Mechanical Technician. The Mechanical Technician will be responsible to maintain adequate manpower coverage, ensure compliance with shift‑based operational requirements, and sustain equipment availability.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or related.

2. Would be preferred from Oleochemical/ Chemical Processing/ FMCG Manufacturing.

3. Minimum. 2 years experiences in rotating & static equipment (Centrifugal Pump, Gear pump, Gear Box, Chiller, bagging machine) who able to do troubleshooting, and equipment condition monitoring.

4. Basic knowledge required understanding of Drawing Reference (P&ID, Isometric drawing, GA drawing).

5. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out maintenance and repair of equipment's.

2. Record and report maintenance and repair activity as per SAP/ DMS System and applicable WI.

3. Carry out problem solving and Continuous Improvement activity that coherent with UMS Principle.

4. Implement safety and awareness to Safety Health and Environment.

5. Conduct all maintenance activity to comply with works program at Unilever Oleochemicals especially in TPM, WCM and ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001.
