About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who believes that hiring the right people is one of the most important decisions a company can make.

This is more than a recruitment role.

You'll work closely with our founder to identify, interview, and recruit outstanding people who align with Agape's culture and long-term vision. You'll learn how we evaluate character, attitude, leadership potential, and cultural fit—not just technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all Agape brands.

• Source high-quality candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, universities, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

• Assess candidates based on both competency and cultural alignment.

• Coordinate interview schedules with department leaders.

• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for future expansion.

• Improve recruitment strategies to attract A-players.

• Create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

• Assist with onboarding and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.

• Work closely with management to anticipate future hiring needs.
