About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to join our growing healthcare organization, based in Denpasar, Bali. As Clinic Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our medical clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinical workflows and patient experience

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the clinic's facilities, equipment, and supplies

• Collaborate with the medical team to address patient concerns and provide seamless care

• Manage and monitor the clinic's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control

• Represent the clinic in external interactions with healthcare partners, regulatory bodies, and the community

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to the clinic's administrative and clinical staff

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare management or administration role

• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and industry best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team and liaise with patients, providers, and external stakeholders

• Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis

• Proven ability to lead and implement process improvements and operational initiatives

• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
