Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and organized Admin Executive to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company records, documents, and filing systems.

  • Prepare, organize, and process administrative documents, including invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and contracts.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on administrative matters.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and general inquiries.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.

  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reports.

  • Support management with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks.

  • Ensure proper documentation and record retention in accordance with company policies.

  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling invoices, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and payment documentation.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software is an advantage.
