IMT Warehouse Mandarin Speaker

Main Objective:

• Oversee and optimize warehouse management systems and data accuracy for logistics operations, while serving as the primary communication bridge between the local operational team and the Mandarin-speaking global team or headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse data, inventory tracking, and inbound/outbound systems via the Warehouse Management System.

• Translate operational technical requirements, system guidelines, and reporting documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.

• Lead daily technical communication and system troubleshooting updates with the global IT or system support team using Mandarin.

• Monitor warehouse space utilization and coordinate with ground teams to ensure smooth put-away and picking flows.

• Conduct regular inventory audits and system reconciliations to ensure zero discrepancies between system data and physical stock.

• Support the training of local warehouse staff regarding updates or modifications in the logistics system.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum one to two years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics data management, though fresh graduates with strong system proficiency are welcome.

• Must be fluent in Mandarin, both verbal and written

• Proficient in using digital tools, Microsoft Excel for data analysis, and advanced Warehouse Management Systems.

• Good logical thinking, high attention to structural detail, and strong communication skills for cross-cultural team coordination.

• Willing to be based and perform duties at the operational facility in the Tangerang District Area.
