Joy Group, a multinational beauty company HQ’d in Shanghai, is making waves in Indonesia with the launch of Judydoll — our first playful and expressive beauty brand. We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design, creativity, and attention to detail to bring our campaigns and brand identity to life across digital and offline platforms. 💖
🧠 What You'll Be Doing:
As a Graphic Designer, you'll create visually compelling designs that strengthen Judydoll's brand presence across social media, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, and offline activations. You'll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to deliver engaging visuals that connect with our audience. ✨
🎨 Your day-to-day includes:
- Create visual assets for social media, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, and offline materials
- Design Product Detail Pages (PDPs), e-commerce banners, promotional materials, and campaign key visuals
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop and execute campaign concepts
- Adapt designs across different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
- Create simple motion graphics or animations for digital content when needed
- Ensure all design deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
- Revise and improve designs based on internal feedback while maintaining high creative standards
💄 You're the one if you:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in the beauty industry is a plus)
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects (3D software is a plus)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Experienced in creating PDPs, e-commerce banners, and social media content
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Open to feedback and able to communicate design ideas effectively
- Comfortable for WFO from Setiabudi, South Jakarta
