Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute company-wide training strategies aligned with business goals.
Design onboarding, operational, leadership, and technical training programs.
Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, manuals, and e-learning content.
Conduct classroom and on-the-job training for restaurant and corporate teams.
Train, coach, and certify outlet trainers and supervisors.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback.
Identify competency gaps and recommend development initiatives.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, QA, and department heads to improve employee performance.
Ensure training programs support operational excellence, food safety, and service standards.
Drive a culture of continuous learning and career development.
