TYGR Sushi Bali, a vibrant culinary destination in Bali, seeks enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our dynamic team at our Kuta Utara location. Nestled along the picturesque Pantai Berawa, our restaurant offers a delightful fusion of authentic Japanese cuisine and local flavors, serving from 11 am to 11 pm daily. Our mission is to provide an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates the essence of sushi artistry and hospitality. In line with our growth and commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking a dedicated Kitchen Staff to work in our Cold Kitchen. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about food and eager to contribute to the creation of exceptional dishes that will delight our guests.
As a Kitchen Staff responsible for the Cold Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our culinary team. Key responsibilities include preparing sushi rice and vegetables, assembling cold dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting in the preparation of other kitchen tasks as needed. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that all dishes are prepared with precision and care, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation. Your ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with both colleagues and management will be essential to our success. To be considered, you should possess a minimum of a Senior High School (SMA/SMK) education and have between one to three years of relevant experience.
