We early childhood specialist that focuses from toddler to kindergarten under Sampoerna School System. Our Curriculum is proprietarily developed with reference to international standards of excellence and a framework designed to ensure that the child receives excellent - quality teaching to achieve required learning outcomes. Children are LIFELONG LEARNERS. Children are able and always eager to learn. They will learn and develop well in an environment that offers stimulating resources, rich learning opportunities through play, and playful teaching support for them to take risks and explore.

Job DescriptionChild Care and Supervision:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, meals, and rest periods.
- Foster positive relationships with children, building trust and rapport through responsive and compassionate interactions.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including emergency procedures and first aid protocols
Daily Routine and Activities:
- Assist in implementing daily routines, including meal times, and toileting routines.
- Handle diapering and toilet training with sensitivity and consistency, promoting independence and hygiene.
- Assist in engaging children in age-appropriate activities, such as play, storytelling, music, arts and crafts, and sensory experiences.
- Encourage children's independence and self-help skills through guided activities and positive reinforcement.
Health and Hygiene:
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, including sanitising of toys and surfaces.
- Monitor children's health and well-being, recognizing and responding to signs of illness or discomfort promptly.
- Immediately notify the teacher of any accidents or students who become ill.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with teaching staffs regarding children's daily activities, routines, and any concerns or updates.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care and support for children's holistic development.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about children's individual needs and preferences.
Educational Support:
- Assist in setting up and organising classroom environments and activity areas to support planned activities and curriculum.
- Assist in ensuring that educational materials and resources are well-maintained, clean, and ready for use.
- Assist in preparing and organising materials for daily activities and special projects.
- Assist in maintaining organised files of children's work, progress reports, and other educational records.
- Assist in preparing and filing documentation required for compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
Other work-related duties:
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as updating childcare records, managing supplies inventory, and preparing reports.
- Support the administrative team during peak periods or staff shortages to ensure smooth operation of the organisation.
- Minimum graduated from Diploma or degree in education or a related field is often preferred
- Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development
- Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to work as part of a team
- able to understand and communicate in English
- Fresh graduate are welcome
available to start immediately
