Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law; graduates from reputable universities are preferred.
Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry is an advantage.
1–2 years of experience in Legal, Corporate Legal, or related roles.
Hands-on experience in legal drafting, contract review, legal research, and compliance matters.
Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with good written and spoken English skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Descriptions:
Draft, review, and provide legal advice on agreements, correspondence, and other corporate legal documents.
Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis to support the company's operational and business activities.
Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations and identify relevant regulatory updates.
Maintain and manage legal documentation, corporate records, licenses, and permits.
Support licensing, regulatory reporting, and other corporate legal compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties on legal matters and corporate requirements.
Provide legal support in handling disputes, claims, and other legal issues involving the company.
Support corporate actions and ensure compliance with good corporate governance (GCG) principles.
