We are looking for a skilled **Zoho Specialist** to collaborate with Profit-Tech on digital transformation projects for small and medium-sized businesses.The professional will work on the configuration, automation, and optimization of Zoho One applications — mainly CRM, Projects, Books, and Flow — ensuring practical results and process efficiency.The role includes:- Implementing and customizing Zoho CRM modules (Deals, Leads, Pipelines)
- Setting up workflows, blueprints, and custom functions (Deluge)
- Integrating Zoho Projects and Books for delivery and finance automation
- Supporting client onboarding and documenting key processes
- Coordinating with designers and finance team for client proposals
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Zoho One ecosystem
- Proven experience with CRM customization and automation
- Familiarity with Deluge scripting and Blueprint automation
- Basic understanding of project and finance modules (Zoho Projects, Books)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely
- Portuguese or English proficiency
- Commitment to deadlines and collaboration
