Job Description
Identify, design, and implement HR development and training programs in collaboration with the Training Department.
Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and monthly updates; liaise with relevant stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and workforce planning.
Conduct benchmarking on HR practices and industrial relations issues.
Review, update, and enforce manpower regulations in line with company and statutory requirements.
Proactively manage Collective Labour Agreements (CLA) and industrial relations matters.
Provide consultation and advice to line management on HR and Industrial Relations issues.
Manage employee terminations/PHK processes in compliance with regulations.
Ensure employee data is accurate, updated, and securely maintained.
Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures consistently.
Oversee the performance review process (PDRs) to ensure fairness and alignment with company objectives.
Manage medical entitlements and rehabilitation programs for employees.
Build and maintain strong communication channels with government agencies, unions, and community stakeholders.
Maintain close relationships with local government, Manpower Department, Police, Jamsostek, Army, and legislative bodies to support resolution of employee and community-related issues.
Manage community development initiatives to ensure business continuity and prevent disruptions.
Qualifications
Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Law, Economics, Business, Psychology, or other related disciplines (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum 10 years of professional HR experience across a broad range of Human Resources Management functions.
Strong expertise in contemporary HR management issues, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and compliance with Indonesian labour laws.
Proven experience in recruitment methodologies and end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and HR data management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage industrial relations, including union engagement and Collective Labour Agreements (CLA).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams in a mining site environment.
High integrity, resilience, and adaptability to remote and challenging work environments.
