About the role

We are seeking a Civil Engineer - Estate Management to join our team in Karawaci, Banten. This is a strategic position within our estate management operations, where you will be responsible for overseeing the civil engineering and structural integrity of our property developments and estates. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all built infrastructure meets regulatory standards, maintains structural safety, and provides optimal functionality for residents and users. This role bridges technical engineering expertise with practical estate operations, making it essential to the continued success and reputation of our developments.

Job responsibilities

• Inspect and assess the structural condition of buildings, infrastructure, and common facilities within estates

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for civil and structural elements, ensuring longevity and safety

• Monitor and oversee repair and maintenance works carried out by contractors, ensuring compliance with engineering standards

• Prepare technical reports on structural assessments, damage evaluations, and recommended remedial actions

• Conduct site inspections and documentation to identify potential structural issues and safety hazards

• Coordinate with architects, contractors and other professionals to resolve structural and civil engineering matters

• Ensure all maintenance and repair activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations and industry best practices

• Provide technical advice to estate management teams on structural and civil engineering matters

• Manage budgets for civil and structural maintenance programmes within allocated resources

• Maintain records and documentation of all inspections, maintenance activities and structural assessments

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline from a recognised institution

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with substantial experience in estate management, property maintenance or facilities management

• Strong knowledge of structural assessment methodologies, building codes and Indonesian construction standards

• Excellent understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices in real estate and property management

• Experience in large-scale residential or mixed-use developments is highly desirable

• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards in construction and estate management is advantageous
