Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events to enhance employee participation and morale.
Support the implementation of employee wellness programs and activities that promote employee well-being.
Develop and distribute internal communication materials, including announcements, newsletters, campaigns, and employee updates.
Assist in implementing culture initiatives that reinforce organizational values and desired workplace behaviors.
Monitor employee engagement activities and maintain engagement calendars to ensure timely execution of programs.
Conduct employee surveys, collect feedback, analyze results, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
Support onboarding, employee experience, and retention initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction throughout the employee lifecycle.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to identify engagement opportunities and support culture enhancement projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communication, employee experience, culture programs, or related HR functions.
Experience coordinating employee events, engagement activities, and communication campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage employees across all levels of the organization.
Good analytical and reporting skills, with experience interpreting employee feedback and survey results.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
Proactive, creative, and passionate about building a positive employee experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and employee engagement, communication, or survey platforms.
