Quality Assurance Supervisor (QA Supervisor)

Job Description:

• Review and approve quality documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), Batch Production Records (BPRs), specifications, and related forms.

• Manage the document control system, including document distribution, revision, and archiving.

• Ensure production processes comply with SOPs, product specifications, and the company's quality standards.

• Handle non-conformance (NCR), conduct root cause investigations, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.

• Coordinate internal quality audits and support external audits conducted by regulatory bodies and certification agencies.

• Ensure the implementation of the Halal Assurance System (HAS/SJPH) and monitor compliance with halal requirements.

• Evaluate suppliers and ensure supporting documents, such as Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and Halal Certificates, are complete and up to date.

• Oversee the calibration program for measuring equipment and ensure all equipment maintains valid calibration status.

• Monitor retain sample management, stability testing, and related testing documentation.

• Prepare and monitor Quality Assurance department KPI reports.

• Conduct training related to the Halal Assurance System (SJPH).

• Lead the QA team by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.

• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance systems and document control.

• Good understanding of cosmetic regulations and cosmetic raw materials.

• Solid understanding of CPKB (Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics), Halal Assurance System (SJPH), ISO standards, and 5R.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
