Job Summary:
Plan, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate product quality standards, as well as conduct analyses and implement corrective actions related to food safety issues arising from the use of raw materials/materials, storage, or distribution of finished goods to minimize customer complaints.
Job Description:
Plan, develop, and coordinate the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), Food Safety Management System (FSMS), and Laboratory Management System in compliance with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Establish and implement testing parameters and procedures required to ensure that the quality of raw materials and finished products consistently meets the Company's quality objectives and specifications.
Define, document, and maintain manufacturing procedures, while monitoring the implementation of the Quality Management System, HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Lead and coordinate investigations and corrective actions related to product safety and quality issues, ensuring timely, effective, and sustainable resolution.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and innovations by optimizing resources and technology to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, and product quality.
