Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams including affiliate project managers (Creator Managers) — setting direction, allocating resources, and holding delivery accountability.
- Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and performance of multiple creator-driven and live streaming projects running in parallel, from brief to post-campaign report.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (creative, data, content, BD/AM) and external partners (KOLs, talents, clients) to ensure seamless execution against timelines, budgets, and campaign KPIs (GMV, live hours, creator output, ROAS).
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal briefings and client updates — translating client objectives into clear, executable briefs and reporting progress transparently.
- Build and improve WEI's project management system — SOPs, workflows, tracking tools, and escalation protocols — since project infrastructure is still maturing.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early, resolve them proactively, and drive continuous improvement in team efficiency and campaign outcomes.
- Coach and develop Creator Managers and team leaders; align multi-disciplinary teams around shared goals and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in creator-led campaigns, content marketing, or affiliate/KOL projects.
- Demonstrated team leadership experience, with the ability to guide, motivate, and align multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong project management capabilities — from planning to execution — with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in presenting ideas, delivering clear briefs, and managing external relationships (KOLs, talents, clients).
- Analytical and detail-oriented — able to read campaign performance data and translate insight into operational adjustments.
- Ability to build structure and process, not just execute — comfortable creating systems where none exist yet, in a fast-moving, creative culture with shifting priorities.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability; balances vision with delivery.
- Bonus: Experience with FMCG or retail brands, affiliate platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee), or live streaming activations.
