We are a fast-growing company in the health supplement / wellness industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Growth Lead to build scalable acquisition funnels and drive measurable sales growth.
We are not just looking for an executor; we are looking for a leader who can bring best practices, analyze data sharply, diagnose bottlenecks, and unlock new acquisition channels. You will lead the end-to-end growth strategy encompassing: Market Insight, Creative Testing, Paid Traffic, Funnel Strategy, Sales Conversion, and Retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive audit of our current growth engine and identify key bottlenecks.
Design and implement new acquisition funnels (including WhatsApp, chatbots, landing pages, self-checkout systems, and lead magnets).
Optimize paid traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, and overall sales.
Provide strategic direction and lead creative testing for scriptwriters, editors, and talents.
Develop data-driven recommendations to scale or improve ongoing campaigns.
Establish and lead clear, structured, and actionable weekly growth reviews.
Qualifications (Must-Haves):
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing with a strict focus on achieving sales targets.
Deep understanding of paid traffic, creative testing, and funnel strategy.
Proven ability to optimize key business metrics including CAC, ROAS, CPL, CVR, AOV, and LTV.
Capable of diagnosing funnels end-to-end, from ad performance to final closing.
Strong grasp of buyer psychology and strategies to overcome customer objections.
Proficient in integrating AI collaborative tools (AI co-working) to automate workflows, optimize team collaboration, and accelerate strategy execution.
Possess a high sense of ownership and accountability for driving results.
Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Surabaya.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive monthly base salary (Rp 10,000,000 – Rp 20,000,000).
Additional performance bonuses based on measurable impact.
