Finance Manager

PT. Indoqat World Wide is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions across multiple business entities. This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional with strong leadership, analytical, and regulatory expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and analyses.

• Monitor accounting records, audits, reconciliations, contracts, and financial transactions.

• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.

Financial Management & Governance

• Drive achievement of financial, budget, and operational goals.

• Ensure accurate profit and loss reporting and timely financial submissions.

• Monitor tax obligations, accruals, and compliance requirements.

• Support business units with accounting, budgeting, and financial control policies.

• Lead period-end closing and reporting processes.

Tax Management

• Manage end-to-end tax compliance, reporting, and filing (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, PPh 21/23/4(2), etc.) across multiple entities.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and oversee tax system administration (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT).

• Develop tax strategies, identify optimization opportunities, and advise management on tax implications of business decisions.

• Lead tax audits, dispute resolutions, and communications with tax authorities.

• Conduct tax risk assessments and strengthen internal controls and documentation.

• Standardize tax processes across entities and oversee intercompany and related-party transactions.

• Collaborate with Accounting, HR, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and support decision-making.

• Lead, develop, and enhance the performance of the tax team through SOPs, compliance monitoring, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.

• Professional accounting qualification and/or Brevet A & B certification preferred.

• 8–12 years of Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.

• Experience in property, construction, or high-growth companies is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and payroll taxation.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

• Extensive experience handling tax audits, tax authorities, and transfer pricing documentation (preferred).
