Assistant Manager Finance Accounting

About the opportunity

PT. Tsubaki Indonesia Trading is a leading Company for power transmission, various components & equipments use in industries. We are looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Manager Finance Accounting to join our growing and dynamic team in Bekasi, West Java. As a full-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Able to prepare monthly financial reports. Able to prepare an annual company budget, financial model/projections, and to analyze variances.

• Together with the Manager, to manage the Accounting Department, the team, and daily accounting processes, including transaction recording, reconciliation, and financial report preparation.

• Accustomed to working in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures and guidelines in the Accounting Department. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

• Able to prepare tax reconciliations, understand all aspects of taxation, and manage taxation from administration to reporting.

• Monitor and analyze the company's cash flow, receivables, and payables. Oversee and manage all billing processes, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other related accounting work or activities.

• Assist in internal and external audits.

• Provide advice and recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes. Be a strategic partner to the management team in financial decision-making.

• Supervise and develop team performance (coaching, monitoring, and evaluation).

What we're looking for

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory position or above

• In-depth understanding of accounting principles (PSAK). Has a good understanding of IFRS (is a plus point).

• Experience in ERP systems, preferably with experience integrating billing, AR/AP, and GL data into system.

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and detail orientation.

• Good understanding of financial and tax regulations related to billing, AR, AP, and revenue sharing transactions.

• Has a good and strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional coordination and team management.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines, and accustomed to working with little supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, complex formulas, and data analysis).

• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in both Indonesian and English.
