Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual and monthly shopper trade marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, channel priorities, and shopper behavior.
Translate brand strategy into effective visibility, display, bundling, sampling, and retailer-specific activation programs to drive conversion.
Plan, execute, and monitor trade promotions across multiple channels (MT, GT, E-commerce), ensuring measurable KPIs and stock availability.
Support Key Account and Sales teams with tailored customer proposals, promo calendars, selling stories, and channel-specific plans.
Collaborate with Sales to improve sell-out, manage slow-moving inventory, and mitigate UPB (Unsaleable Product) risks.
Manage the trade marketing budget, track investments, and evaluate promotion effectiveness through sales uplift and ROI analysis.
Partner with Finance and distributors to ensure trade claims are accurate, documented, and processed efficiently.
Proactively monitor distributors claim aging to ensure outstanding claims are under our threshold.
Oversee the development, allocation, distribution, and quality control of in-store POSM and branding materials.
Conduct competitor monitoring activities and maintain strong cross-functional alignment with Brand, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Sales, or Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG.
Strong understanding of modern trade, minimarket, general trade, and distributor operations.
Experience in promotion planning, trade spending management, POSM execution, customer activation, and claim documentation.
Strong analytical skills, especially in sales data, promo evaluation, ROI, budget tracking, and claim aging monitoring.
Good communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and disciplined in documentation.
Good leadership and stakeholder management.
Able to balance sales target, brand objective, budget efficiency, operational feasibility, and claim settlement discipline.
