Factory Manager Furniture Wood & Rotan

About the role

As the Factory Manager at PT. EUROCHAIR, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of our manufacturing facility located in Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java in furniture Wood & rotan. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the factory meets production targets, maintains high quality standards, and operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.

PT. EUROCHAIR is a 100% export-oriented company specializing in handmade products crafted from natural fibers such as wood and rattan.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise factory productivity, efficiency and profitability

2. Manage and oversee all production processes, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control

3. Create, develop, and implement QC SOPs

4. Supervise, manage, and evaluate QC team performance

5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

6. Analyse production data and identify areas for improvement

7. Lead, motivate and develop a team of skilled manufacturing professionals

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive continuous improvement

9. Manage budgets, monitor costs, and optimise resource utilisation

10. Represent the factory and liaise with senior management, clients, and regulatory bodies

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior manufacturing or operations management role in furniture Wood & rotan

2. Proven track record in leading and optimising production processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

3. Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control

4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

5. Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and resource management

6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

7. Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

8. Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
