Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and enterprise applications.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and system integrations.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into effective backend solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Review code and ensure best practices in software development.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development.
- Strong experience in AT LEAST 1 backend programming language:
- Java
- Golang
- .NET
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience with Linux server environments and backend deployment processes.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
