We are seeking a highly disciplined, reliable, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to the Director to handle household management, family-related coordination, and personal requirements of the Director.
This is not a corporate desk job and not a fixed 9-to-5 role. High availability, maturity, and accountability are essential. If you are not comfortable handling personal, household, and family-related responsibilities, please do not apply.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage both business and day-to-day household operations for the Director
Coordinate matters related to children (schedules, needs, activities, appointments).
Manage and supervise household staff (ART, driver, nanny, etc.).
Handle personal errands and requirements for the Director and family.
Ensure that household schedules, supplies, and needs are well-organized.
Coordinate with external parties related to household matters.
Act as a trusted point of coordination between the Director, family, and household staff.
Handle sensitive personal and family matters with strict confidentiality.
Support urgent and ad-hoc requests as required.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Household PA, or similar role.
Experience handling household, family, or personal support roles is required.
Willing to be mobile and flexible with working hours.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory, with strong experience.
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
2. Discipline & Execution
Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Comfortable giving instructions to household staff and ensuring execution.
3. Personal Attributes
High integrity, honesty, and discretion.
Mature, calm, and emotionally stable.
Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Able to handle pressure and urgent situations.

This position requires trust, flexibility, and long-term commitment. You will be closely involved in the Director’s personal and household affairs.
