We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, labor compliance, training, and HR administration. This role is responsible for supervising HR staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and supporting the organization's people and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the Human Resources department.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee movement processes.
- Ensure the proper implementation and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary cases, grievance management, and performance-related matters.
- Coordinate with government agencies such as DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regarding compliance requirements.
- Monitor statutory compliance and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of HR staff.
- Prepare HR reports and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support management in organizational development and other HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and government compliance.
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and other employment regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Willing to work in Sampaloc, Manila.
