Requirement
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
* Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
* Team player and self-learner.
* Min 2 years experience working as IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or IT Project Manager.
* Basic knowledge on SQL to select data from multiple tables for analysis and
testing purpose.
* Has experience working in insurance industry is a great plus

JOBDESC:
1. Collect and analyze business requirement on product development.
2. Coordinate communication between IT, product management, and operation team.
3. Define development scope and perform impact analysis on the development.
4. Create testing scenarios and perform functionality test.
5. Perform analisys and troubleshooting on technical issues.
6. Report and escalate to management as needed.
7. Develop project documentation.
8. Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure the product development can be completed on-time and within scope, from requirement gathering to system deployment.
9. Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule.
