Position: Sales Supervisor - PT Sarana Catur Tirtakelola
Placement: Serang, Banten
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies for water treatment products and services.
· Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with customers.
· Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
· Prepare periodic sales reports and performance evaluations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, ideally in B2B sales.
Well-groomed and professional, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Expertise in sales methodologies and best practices, particularly in consultative selling.
A proven track record in driving sales performance, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
A relentless hunter mentality, passionate about pursuing new business opportunities.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Willing to be placed at Serang (Industrial Area)
