Quality Assurance for Garment (Level: Jr - Middle | Placement: Central Java)

Job Descriptions :

• Daily monitoring, managing, and supporting the Quality Assurance team.

• Supporting factories with inputs for quality results, productivity, and vendor development

• Technical execution of styles from the proto sample until shipment

• Advising on production, effective sewing construction solutions for the product, and quality

• Working in cooperation with the Production Manager and Line Leader for the right and on-time delivery of orders.

• Analyzing style issues

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position in the Buying Agent or Garment Industry;

• Know about the development–production process;

• Having experience handling knitting and woven products is a must.

• Having experience handling technical execution, patterns, sewing construction, and washing would be an advantage;

• Have good leadership & communication skills;

• Detail-oriented and analytical thinking;

• Able to work independently & under pressure;

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;

• Good computer skills (MS Office & Internet);
