We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Associate Director / Director – US Mortgage Operations to lead large-scale mortgage operations and drive performance excellence. This role requires a strong background in US home loan mortgage processes, proven leadership in managing large teams, and the ability to deliver time-critical results in a fast-paced, multinational environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in overseeing operational performance, compliance, and risk while aligning teams with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end US mortgage operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Drive operational performance across financial metrics, SLAs, production, and quality targets.
• Oversee large teams, providing leadership, direction, and performance management to achieve demanding objectives.
• Ensure compliance with US mortgage regulations, risk management standards, and internal controls.
• Manage mortgage pipelines and ensure timely delivery of time-sensitive outputs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align operational strategy with business goals.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience.
• Prepare and present operational, performance, and risk reports to leadership.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of progressive operations experience for Associate Director / 10 years for Director, within a multinational organization.
• At least 2 years of experience in US Mortgage and Financial Services operations.
• Strong working knowledge of US mortgage processes and sub-processes.
• Proven expertise in Mortgage Compliance, Risk Management, Pipeline Management, and Performance Management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and deliver results under pressure.
• Strong analytical, methodical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• University degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional qualification.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
