Flavour Evaluator

“As part of our Research and Development Flavour Team, you will play a key role in flavor evaluation and product development to support customer requirements and business growth. Collaborate and working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the successful execution of development projects and the delivery of innovative flavor solutions. Integrate MANE Innovative products & technologies into your developments,interacts and troubleshoots with customer on technical concerns, in which to leverage relationships to grow business.”

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Research and Development of Food Industry.

• Having some experiences in flavor application or product development within the food industry, especially in Beverages segment is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Food Technology with strong scientific,technical foundation and creative thinking, as well as food industry awareness, know key manufacturing players and market products knowledge.

• Innovative and curiousity, constantly seeking new ideas and able to think outside of the box.

• Sensory skills with ability to evaluate and describe a flavour profile using appropriate language will be highly considered

• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a well-organized, positive personality, results-oriented, self-starter, proactive for continuous improvement and good problem-solving skills.

• Dynamic, detail-oriented, open-minded, time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
