Maintenance Supervisor
Competencies :
1. Understand preventive maintenance (PM), autonomous maintenance (AM) and Total productive maintenance (TPM)
Understand troubleshooting both of mechanical and electrical.
2. Understand basic spare part management
3. Basic PLC understanding (Siemens or Mitsubishi)
4. Ability to supervise 4 - 5 technitians
5. Strong problem solving mindset under downtime pressure
6. Understanding GMP, HACCP and safety will be point plus
Minimum Requirement :
1. 1 - 2 years expierienced as supervisor or 3 - 4 years as technitian in FMCG Company point plus from F&B or Pharmacy companiy.
2. Graduated from mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering
