We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support business performance, operational excellence, and production management through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business, operational, and production performance to support strategic decision-making.
Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Conduct financial, cost, and operational analyses to support business initiatives.
Support strategic planning, project implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement programs and monitor results.
Present analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, Statistics, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or related industries.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, Strategic Planning, Corporate Planning, or Operational Excellence.
Financial Analysis, Cost Analysis, Cost Control, Manufacturing Finance, Production Planning, Production Performance Analysis, or FP&A.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Able to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities.
