HSE Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for establishing and improving the company's safety, environmental protection and occupational health management systems;

2. Organize the formulation of company-level safety management systems, special management measures and assessment mechanisms;

3. Supervise the control of major hazard sources and high-risk operations;

4. Organize and carry out company-level safety inspections, special inspections and supervision of potential hazards, and be responsible for the safety management of labor subcontracting, professional subcontracting and mechanical leasing units;

5. Be responsible for the investigation, analysis and closed-loop management of rectification of company-level accidents and incidents;

6. Be responsible for coordinating with local government authorities, park management units and relevant regulatory agencies in Indonesia;

7. Be responsible for coordinating government inspections, external audits and compliance affairs related to safety and environmental protection;

8. Track changes in local EHS laws and regulations in Indonesia and promote the company's compliant operation;

9. Coordinate safety education and training for all projects as well as the capacity building of local safety and environmental protection teams;

10. Coordinate and handle issues related to the safety management of every employees;

11. Report the operation of safety and environmental protection to the company's management and put forward improvement suggestions;

12. Complete other tasks assigned by the company's leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above

2. 5 to 10 years or more of relevant work experience

3. K3 Senior Building Safety Specialist License, POM Certificate, and Other Related Certificate
