Data Analyst

PT Cahaya Poles Mulia is a leading manufacturer of buffing wheels and polishing compounds, specifically designed for metal and wood surfaces. Our products consist of six different material types that can be applied to various surfaces, producing different finishing results.

For many years, we have developed equipment to identify the most suitable metal finishing solutions based on our customers’ needs at competitive prices. We are supported by our Quality Control team, which consistently ensures the stability and quality of our products.

Currently, we are opening a vacancy for the position of Data Analyst.

Job Description:

1. Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Marketplace divisions.
2. Create automated systems using spreadsheets to improve operational efficiency across divisions.
3. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
6. Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data from various sources is processed accurately.
7. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all dashboards and automated systems.
8. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in sales or marketing environments.
3. Proficiency in dashboard creation using tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
4. Experience with spreadsheet automation and scripting.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively.
7. Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and quality.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Strong skills in data analysis and visualization.
