Description
- Manage and oversee construction projects on-site to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure high-quality standards.
- Review project plans and specifications to maintain adherence to design and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
- Prepare progress reports and update project documentation as required.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD software, knowledge of plumbing systems, and understanding of fire protection measures
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
- Working Conditions: Ability to work on construction sites and in varying weather conditions
