Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Central Jakarta
Our client is a multinational management consulting firm with a strong presence across multiple markets. They are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their finance organization and support continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s overall finance, accounting, tax, treasury, and budgeting functions.
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and regional leadership team.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, financial risks, and funding requirements.
- Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Strengthen internal controls, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and corporate finance leadership.
- Must have prior experience with a top-tier public accounting/auditing firm (Big 4 or equivalent).
- Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, or senior finance leader.
- Experience working in multinational organizations and managing regional stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, treasury, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, business partnering, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
