Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all purchasing transactions, including canvassing, supplier accreditation, and procurement documentation.
- Process Purchase Requisition and Inventory Forms (PRIF), Requests for Payment (RFP), and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers regarding quotations, deliveries, and payment requirements.
- Monitor and track supplier payments and ensure proper documentation and timely submission to Finance.
- Maintain and update Purchase Order Monitoring Sheets and other procurement-related reports.
- Oversee inventory of office supplies and general supplies.
- Assist in fixed asset inventory, tagging, and monitoring.
- Assist in lodging Import Permits and other related documentation with PEZA and the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
- Ensure compliance with PEZA requirements, including Farm-In (8105) and Farm-Out (8106) transactions.
- Prepare and submit documents related to BIR and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized records of procurement and administrative documents.
- Perform other administrative and procurement-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, administration, or related functions.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with PEZA and BOC documentation and compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
