The SME Machineries Senior Manager will be responsible for setting up and leading large-scale machinery engineering projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from design and procurement to installation, commissioning, and operational handover while ensuring technical excellence and operational reliability.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Engineering, Machinery Engineering within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in meat processing, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Proven experience in machinery engineering, covering machine selection, technical design review, operation, optimization, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale production equipment.
Hands-on experience leading medium to large-scale machinery projects, including installation, commissioning, factory acceptance testing, and production start-up.
Strong capability in developing technical specifications, evaluating vendors/suppliers, and conducting technical reviews for machinery.
Experienced in conducting risk assessment and ensuring machinery complies with engineering standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.
Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willing to work full WFO in Singosari, Malang.
