About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Staff HR/GA to join our team at our Kalideres Jakarta location on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in supporting the human resources and general administration functions of our organisation. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations whilst contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that enhance our workplace culture and employee experience.
Key responsibilities
Assisting with recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees
Managing employee records and maintaining accurate personnel databases in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Supporting the administration of employee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management
Coordinating general administrative functions including office management, scheduling, and facility maintenance
Assisting with the organisation of company events, training programmes, and employee engagement activities
Providing administrative support to senior management and various departments within the organisation
Handling employee queries and providing support on HR-related matters and company policies
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and policies
Performing other general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as required
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in human resources, general administration, or a similar administrative support role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and workplace compliance
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in administrative work
Preferably, experience with recruitment coordination and employee onboarding processes
