JOB DESCRIPTION :
Increase Productivity and keep all equipment well maintained
Handling for management maintenance and technician
Responsible for the preparation and oversight of the implementation of the department's annual work plan.
Determine technical system development requirements and establish/improve the production/technical management system.
Review sales orders and contracts, and prepare and approve technical process documents.
Responsible for new product R&D and technical schematic design.
Lead department team development and daily personnel operational management.
Able to operate hydraulic equipment and possess a valid safety certification
QUALIFICATION :
HAVING FLUENT IN MANDARIN SPEAKER AND ENGLISH ( MANDATORY)
BACHELOR DEGREE/MASTER DEGREE OF MECHATRONIC OR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
HAVING EXPERIENCE IN ENGINEERING MINIMAL 3 YEARS
HAVING EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CHINESE MANUFACTURING
HAVING SKILL AND KNOWLEDGED IN AUTOMATION /SCADA/HMI, HYDROULIC/PNEUMATIC SYSTEM
HAVING EXPERIENCE IN FORGING/METAL FORMING/HEAVY MACHINERY/PLC/HMI TROUBLE SHOOTING
HAVING GOOD LEADERSHIP
GOOD IN PUBLIC SPEAKING
GOOD IN CONTINOUS IMPROVMENT
HAVING SKILL FOR ANALYTYCAL PROBLEM SOLVING
